Shipping
Orders are packed within 1 business day. Courier delivery takes 2–4 business days to South African main centres and 3–5 business days to outlying areas.
The Complete Kit ships free. Other options show their delivery cost before checkout, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Returns
Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of delivery and return the item unused in its original packaging for a refund, less the return courier cost.
Faulty on arrival? We cover the collection and send a replacement at no charge.
Warranty
Every dock carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.
Send your order number and a short description or video of the fault to tebogorantsatsi@gmail.com and we will repair, replace or refund the item.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history.
Payments are processed by our payment providers — we never see or store your card details. We do not sell your personal information. Email us to request a copy or deletion of your data.

By placing an order you confirm the details you supply are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Prices, promotions and stock availability may change without notice. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you and offer a refund or the correct price before shipping.
